    @fg59r She is an attractive woman overall and I like her work in this video.

    I’m not much a fan of fake breasts, though, so from a physical standpoint my attraction to her is stymied.

    I’ve been doing this along with other ones seen on her videos, and found them very effective. Somehow she makes them all sound fun, even though some are also quite hard. Thanks Jamie!

    This is a good exercise, I call this move the ‘helicopter’. Remember to keep the back kicks low to reduce hyper extension of the lower lumbar.

    I am getting ready to start this same thing. I am just getting over colon rectal cancer and have damage to my hip area which makes floor exercise impossibe. I am so hoping I loose weight also
