i actually am pregnant and im not in the greatest of shape but before i conceived i did cycling classes and now that im pregnant i can no longer do that so i was looking into this at a local gym and it looks diff but fun i like ravens imput way to stay open minded

FYI to all you rude people out there. Water aerobics happens to be the only form of exercise a lot of older people (with or without arthritis) can do. It also happens to be a good source of activity for injured, pregnant, or plus size people. Don’t down it just because it looks more like fun than work. I mean… shouldn’t all exercise be fun in a perfect world?
